Our Story
Our story begin with Tay Chek Soo ( 1879 – 1951),the eldest of five brothers. With his siblings, he started the Tay Miang Huat Liquor Business at the age of 25 in Swatow(which is known as Shantou),bedore establishing a distillery in Puleung, Tenghai(the Teochew name for what is now known as Chenghai District).
